Henri Launches Quarterly Mystery Ingredient Dinner Series

2012_3_21_festin.jpg Henri has become one our favorite restaurants as much for its cocktail program as for Dirk Flanigan's cooking. Beginning April 11, Henri will launch a new quarterly dinner series called "Le Mystèrieux Festin."

Flanigan, Henri Spirits Director Clint Rogers and guest co-host Eric Hay of Wirtz Beverage will Ronnie Higgins (Bangers and Lace), Kris Von Dopek (Duchamp), Luke LeFiles (Hot Chocolate), Mike Page (Vie), and Josh Pearson (Sepia) to choose an ingredient prior to the dinner. They and Flanigan will then make cocktails and dishes based on the chosen ingredients, but none of them will know how the other will utilize the ingredients until the night of the dinner, when the pairings come together.
