Gale Gand Takes Over Hearty Boys' Kitchen For April Brunch

This is a brunch worth fighting to participate. Gale Gand will be taking over the kitchen at the Hearty Boys' "Hearty" restaurant for a special brunch April 22.

Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh will cede control of the kitchen to Gand, who will be making dishes from her 2009 cookbook Gale Gand's Brunch!: 100 Fantastic Recipes for the Weekend's Best Meal. Guests can also pick up a signed copy of the book.

The brunch runs from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and reservations can be made by dialing 773-868-9866.
