Someone In Ohio Loves Their Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

2012_6_20_reeses.jpg There is a crime wave in Ohio and the perpetrator craves those two great tastes that go great together.

Police in Lorain, Ohio are looking for a man who has repeatedly robbed a Sunoco gas station of Reese's peanut butter cups. Employees of the Sunoco estimate the thief has cost them $400-$600 worth of peanut butter cups in the past several months.

The thief follow the same pattern every time he strikes this Sunoco: he walks in, grabs a handful of Reese's and some chips, and gets the hell out of Dodge. The latest theft occurred Tuesday morning. The cashier on duty jumped in front of the thief, but the bandit ran into the clerk, spinning him around and allowing the thief to escape.

Okay, we have to ask: how has this been happening for months? And why is the thief targeting mainly Reese's Peanut Butter cups when he could be demanding cash and maybe some gas?

Anyway, if you live in Northern Ohio (and why?) the suspect is described as an African American male, 5 foot 10 inches tall, and 140 pounds. When he commits his confectionery capers he's decked in all black.
