When you're Michael Jordan's son, you've already hit the lottery. That still doesn't give you the right to act like a damn fool, which is by many accounts is what Marcus Jordan has done. The second-born son of the greatest basketball player of all time and a basketball player on scholarship at University of Central Florida, was arrested early Sunday in Omaha, Neb. and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

Police were called to respond to a disturbance at an Omaha Embassy Suites hotel and found security trying to subdue Jordan, who was arguing with two women in the hotel's driveway. It took several police to control and handcuff Jordan, who was allegedly "very animated, intoxicated and uncooperative." He was booked and had his mugshot taken (where he offered the shit-eating grin of a kid who knows he's a Lucky Guy) at Douglas County Department of Corrections.

Marcus Jordan has a history of sowing wild oats. In 2010 he took to Twitter to brag about partying at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, which led to an investigation by the Nevada Gaming Control Board since Jordan was 19 at the time.

Jordan had another Twitter hiccup in May when he tweeted a porn star named Rachel Roxxx, then later deleted it and claimed it was a "prank," which is often the excuse given when DM's are sent out on blast accidentally.

Taken individually, these could be seen as youthful indiscretions. Collected they begin to form a pattern that, in our celebrity obsessed culture, reflect not only on Marcus Jordan, but his father, who has been known burn the midnight oil and chase some strange himself.
