Rancics To Open New Restaurant Next Year

Bill Rancic told US Weekly this week that he and wife Giuliana will be opening a new restaurant, RPM Steak, early next year.

"We opened RPM Italian at the beginning of this year and we're having a lot of fun and really enjoying it," Bill, 41, tells Us Weekly on Wednesday. "So we decided we'd open another one called RPM Steak. It's going to be in Chicago as well. It'll be about two blocks from RPM Italian, and then we're eyeing Vegas for the next RPM!"

RPM Steak is currently under construction and is set to open the beginning of 2013. "We're pretty psyched about it," he says. "We're just growing the family!"

RPM Italian, a partnership with the Melman siblings and chef Doug Psaltis, opened in February. It hasn't gotten stellar reviews for the food, but draws a packed house, out of town celebrities, and a handful of athletes—just like every River North bar/restaurant. And we have to ask—do we really need another steak house?
