2012_04_01_cider.jpg We're fans of Virtue Cider around these parts, and if you're looking for plans for Monday night, we suggest the Virtue and Perennial Ale Beer Dinner at Nellcôte. For $75, you'll get five courses paired with either a cider or beer. Among other courses, there's grilled sturgeon with a Belgian-style saison, fava bean agnolotti with RedStreak Cider, and dessert features a collaboration between Virtue Cider and Perennial Ale.
