Girl Talk is coming back to Chicago to play North Coast Music Festival, but before he headlines there he's taking over the Congress Theater tonight. We highly recommend you attend. Chicago has served as a frequent tour stop for this slice and dice and mish and mash party monster, but one of his most epic shows in town was undeniably his 2009 New Year's Eve gig at the Congress.
