Do This: Shaun's Gay Bar Mitzvah At Mary's Attic

Twenty years ago, Shaun Sperling performed to Madonna's "Vogue" in what has been called the gayest bar mitzvah entrance ever. Now the 33-year-old lawyer is recreating the event.

Chicago-area native Sperling's Madonna-themed bar mitzvah went viral last month, and he's appeared on Perez Hilton, The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel, and he'll be making a special appearance on Ellen next month.

Sperling promises to "strike a pose" by recreating the dance (and the airbrushed Madonna shirt) at Mary's Attic on Sept. 29. The whole night will be Madonna-themed with lots of 1992 hits from DJ Marc "Moose" Moder. Don't miss it.

Sidenote: We just have to throw in this reference for the Dr. Who fans.
