We love J.P. Graziano. We love Parmesan Cheese. And we love Sky Full of Bacon. So when this new video was released, we just had to take a look.

Mike Gebert's new "Real Chicago" series of videos is devoted to one of our favorite topics - old-school Chicago places. This video showcases Jim Graziano, fourth-generation owner of deli, grocery store and sandwich-store-to-the-gods J.P. Graziano's. He talks about cheese, the history of the store and how parmesan goes from those huge wheels to the nice little grate-able chunks you buy in the grocery store. Check it out.
