Ministry guitarist Mike Scaccia died on Saturday after he collapsed on stage while performing with Rigor Mortis in Fort Worth, Texas. Scaccia, 47, joined the Chicago-based metal band Ministry in 1989. The medical examiner's office ruled his death was a heart attack brought on by heart disease.
