UPDATE (1/23 8 a.m.): It's official! The sign at Wrigley Field says it's happening July 19.

The Cubs and Pearl Jam have been taunting Chicago fans with hints at a summer show at Wrigley Field today.

Both @PearlJam and @Cubs used the hashtag #StayTuned on Twitter today. That's coincidental enough, but then Pearl Jam tweeted a photo of the stage at Wrigley, while the Cubs tweeted a photo of a Ron Santo #10 jersey, which could also be referring to Pearl Jam's Ten.

Lead singer Eddie Vedder is no stranger to the friendly confines. The Evanston native is an avid Cubs fan, who has appeared at Wrigley to sing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame."

Vedder has actually been on the stage at Wrigley before. Last year he made an appearance on stage with Tom Morello during the Bruce Springsteen show.

Vedder even recorded a tune dedicated to the Cubs called "All The Way" ...and in the time since I started writing that sentence, the Cubs have tweeted lyrics from the tune, “We're like brothers in arms in the streets and the stands…” Listen to the song below.
