If you’ve tried to get on a brewery tour at Half Acre lately, you know how hard it is to even get a foot in the door. And, if you’re trying to find a seat in the tap room after 5 p.m., you’re most likely out of luck.

However, if you’ve got $75 and are free on the evening of Monday March 11, you can score a tour of Half Acre's brewery complete with beer and super fresh seafood pairings from Fish Bar.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., guests are treated to a tour of the brewery with a different beer and food pairing at each stop. The night culminates in the opportunity for the guest to create their own pairing on the final course. You’ll be sent home, happy and full, with a Half Acre Pint glass and a trinket from Fish Bar. The theme, “So Fresh,” showcases what freshness adds to the drinking and dining experience, both from the hyper-fresh seafood from Fish Bar, and the fact that tour-goers will drink the beer right from the brewery itself.

Here’s what is on the menu:

Ceviche paired with Half Acre Lager
Oyster paired with Baumé Chocolate Rye Stout
Smoked trout paired with Bones + All Belgian Brown Ale
Octopus Salad paired with Daisy Cutter Pale Ale
Lobster Roll & Key Lime Pie paired with a beer of your choice

A limited number of tickets are available here. We have a feeling this event will sell out fast.

The Half Acre Tap Room is located at 4257 N Lincoln Ave
