Basketball Hall of Famer Michael Jordan received a belated 50th birthday present: A paternity lawsuit from a Georgia woman who claims the Greatest Basketball Player of All Time is the father of her 16-year-old son.

Pamela Smith filed the suit in Fulton County, Georgia Feb. 6, claiming she became pregnant with Grant Pierce Jay Jordan “Taj” Reynolds after she had sex with Jordan in 1995. According to TMZ, Smith welcomes a paternity test, seeks full custody and child support from Jordan, wants Jordan to pay for Taj’s medical expenses and wants to legally change her son’s surname to “Jordan.” Taj Reynolds posted a YouTube video in December claiming Jordan is his father.

This isn't the first time Jordan has been accused of letting Little Air get him in trouble. He filed an extortion lawsuit in 2002 against Karla Knafel. Jordan admitted to paying Knafel $250,000 in hush money to keep the details of their affair, which started shortly after he married his now ex-wife Juanita in 1989, a secret. Knafel filed a counter lawsuit shortly after claiming, among other things, she became pregnant by Jordan and was advised by him to have an abortion.
