Police say a Woodstock man arrested in connection to five sexual assaults may be responsible for attacking as many as 20 women that he met through Craigslist.

Charles Oliver, 44, was arrested in January and charged in the sexual assault of three women. He was released on bond, then last month he was arrested for allegedly assaulting two more women.

Now police say they found cellphones, driver's licenses, identification cards and other information leading them to believe Oliver assaulted as many as 20 women since November 2011. Police also found "thousands" of photos and videos of sexual acts.

“Some appear consensual, but many appear forced,” Assistant State’s Attorney Sharyl Eisenstein said. In some of the videos, Oliver appears to be telling the women that he could do whatever he wanted to them.

Prosecutors said Oliver should be held without bond as "he is an ongoing threat to the community." A judge set bond at $3 million.
