Bring your tupperware to hide under the table and fill with unlimited salad refills — Chicago is getting its first Olive Garden. There are already 10 Olive Garden locations in the suburbs, but they are finally coming into the big city.

Crain's reported yesterday that Darden Concepts, the group that owns Olive Garden (as well as Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse and Seasons 52) plans to locate the first Olive Garden inside the city limits in the parking lot of the Kmart at 3535 W. Addison. Wait, there are still Kmarts open?
Perhaps Phil Vettel can take a page from Marilyn Hagerty and give them a few stars?
