Mr. T's Prediction For Shoot The Puck — PAIN! — Is Accurate

By Chuck Sudo in Arts & Entertainment on Mar 27, 2013 1:45PM

Let's start the morning off with a laugh, shall we? The Blackhawks' "Shoot the Puck" contest during the second intermission tends to follow a set formula: A kid, an attractive woman and a d-list celebrity (or "celebrity," as we say in Chicago) each take turns shooting a hockey puck through slots in a board set up in front of the net.

Sometimes the contests can get awkward, as when "Greg from Lemont" professed his love for Sarah Kustok last year. Or on Monday night, when Jim Belushi let his libido (and possibly some liquid courage) get the better of him and offered unsolicited advice to one of his fellow contestants. (Hint: It wasn't the kid, who the Blackhawks should start scouting now.)

Last night's celebrity contestant was Mr. T, who also has been following his own formula for over 30 years. In this clip, you get "I pity the fool," Mr. T opining to Kustok's successor Susannah Collins he doesn't need to practice for this and his prediction for Shoot the Puck: "PAIN! Just like in Rocky III."

Then he goes out and makes good on that prediction.
