Walk

The "Nonsensical Walk of Indoor Spaces" is the first of Chicago Detours' new quarterly series of one-off tours, from 4p.m. until 6 p.m. April 5. The walk weaves through the pedway system, downtown lobbies, shortcuts and corridors to expand guests' understanding of the geographical space downtown. They'll also get to play a moving game of telephone that will share historic and contemporary information about the buildings that make up the tour. For more information and to RSVP ($20) visit the Chicago Detours Website. June's tour will focus on meat — artisan meats, cutlery and markets.

If you have an event for inclusion in "Pencil This In," please contact Tankboy (for A&E-related listings), Anthony (for tastings, dinners and food and drink-related events) or tips[at]chicagoist[dot]com.
