Bacon Takedown Returns To Lincoln Hall In September

Matt Timms' annual "Bacon Takedown" tours have proven popular, especially in a city that can't get enough of the sweetest part of the pig like Chicago. Timms is now looking for participants for the fourth annual Bacon Takedown at Lincoln Hall 2-4 p.m. Sept. 14.

Hormel Black Label Bacon once again is the sponsor of the event and Timms will give 20 interested home cooks 15 pounds of the stuff to create knockout recipes.
