At some point in life everyone has had a job they wish they could just throw down the gauntlet and walk away from. When frustrated with office politics you can’t control, nothing is more satisfying than telling your superiors to sit and spin. Marina Shifrin is currently having that sweet satisfaction after she uploaded her own resignation video Saturday. The Chicago native, who previously worked at Next Media Animation, was frustrated with her bosses desire of quantity and page hits over quality, and she just couldn’t take it anymore. Watch as she dances out the door to “Gone” by another Chicago native Kanye West. Sure beats a soundtrack of “Take This Job and Shove It.”

Shifrin told Huffington Post that her first move is to move back to The United States, and that she plans on “looking for jobs at companies that value creativity and their employees.” We should add that Next Media Animation is the Taiwanese based company that gained fame making ridiculous animation videos of popular news stories that everyone seems to love. Coincidentally, they made a video of the JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater’s infamous job quitting moment, where Slater inflated the emergency slide and rode down it after unleashing a profanity fueled speech towards patrons. One can only hope that Next Media makes a proper animation video as well of Shifrin’s goodbye. Lord knows the meta-ness of it all would get them a good amount of page hits.
