Pre-Order The Green City Market Cookbook Now

It's not often that we recommend ordering a book that won't be released for almost a year but this is a special case. The Green City Market, after fifteen years of operation, has gathered all of its friends and resources to produce what promises to be a beautiful and useful cookbook.
The book will include almost 100 recipes donated from friends of the market, including chefs, shoppers, farmers and vendors. Much of it is vegetarian-friendly and the book will be filled with pretty food photographs. There's even a foreword by Chef Rick Bayless, a long-time supporter of the market.
But, you say, it won't be released until July 2014! What's the point of ordering it? Well, you get a special pre-order price, you get to support the market and if you're giving it as a holiday gift, you'll get some recipes from the book in advance. A special preview, complete with photos, that you can put in an envelope with a nice card to tell your favorite locavore that they'll have something nice waiting for them next year.
