La Boulangerie Closing

La Boulangerie, the French bakery, store and cafe in the heart of Logan Square just announced on their Facebook page that they will sadly be closing their doors Dec. 31. The bakery has been a welcome addition to the neighborhood, offering up some classic French breads and dishes. They posted the following sad message minutes ago:

It's with a heavy heart that we have to announce that La Boulangerie LOGAN SQUARE will be closing doors permanently December 31st at 7PM. We thank you for all your support through these 3 wonderful years. Until then come and see us we still have 21 days with you guys! We will let you know pretty soon about a farewell party!

It was the perfect spot to grab a crusty loaf of French bread for dinner on your walk home from the Logan train stop and will be missed. Go grab a baguette and say "au revoir" before the end of this month.
