Leave it to Vienna Beef to make one helluva endearing yet also creepy Chicago-centric holiday commercial. The company is advertising their hot dogs, sausages, Italian beef and condiments and they’ve made a video/song to encourage everyone to send Vienna Beef to your loved ones this holiday.

The rousing tune sung by Steve Dahl (in character as Anthony DiGiovanni) shows various family members enjoying Vienna Beef in slow motion before finishing in a wailing guitar lick at the end. Yes, watching grandpa eat a hot dog in slow motion is uncomfortable and awkward, but as Vienna Beef reminds you, he really loves it.

Despite the slightly unsettling camera shots, we agree with the fact your family will love a box of Chicago encased meat this holiday season. Except your vegan cousin. Enjoy the commercial below.
