Bulls fans hoping the team takes a nosedive the rest of the season and enter the NBA Draft Lottery will be happy to see the team's five-game losing streak came to an end at the United Center Monday night. Coach Tom Thibodeau was visibly frustrated that his players had some mental lapses that contributed to the loss. The Wizards scored the first eight points of the game, took a 26-19 first quarter lead and never looked back. John Wall led six Wizards in double figures with 19 points and seven assists.

The Bulls, meanwhile, couldn't shoot the ball (they were 43 percent from the field for the game) or protect the ball (they had 17 turnovers that led to 22 Washington points). Carlos Boozer scored 19 points for the Bulls and Jimmy Butler and Tony Snell added 12 points apiece.
