Former Mayor Daley Released From Northwestern Memorial Hospital

More than a week after he was hospitalized at Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit following a business trip, former Chicago Richard M. Daley was released from the hospital Saturday afternoon.

Daley did not talk to reporters, according to ABC 7 Chicago, but apparently did wave to supporters, according to the Tribune. [And had something of an Indiana Jones thing going on with his hat, if you look at WGN's video].

While Daley underwent tests after complaining about "feeling disoriented," the exact nature of his illness has yet to be disclosed.
