Hannibal Buress Performs On 'The Tonight Show'

Chicago bred comedian Hannibal Buress stopped by the newly revamped Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon last night to do a little standup, waxing on the eccentricities of New Orleans. Buress's subtle oddball sense of humor was delightful as always as he talked about drinking in the streets, running into rats and planning his own five man parade with a New Orleans cop.

Long ago this writer used to work at the Lakeshore Theater and remembers the days when Buress would stop in, always a goofy nice guy. Although he moved to New York a while back, you can usually find him around town, stopping in open mics and doing quick pickup shows, whenever he is in Chicago.
