While we love your standard brunch options as much as the next ravenous hungover soul, we also enjoy a bit of variety. Sometimes we want something a bit more sophisticated than the corner greasy spoon. Starting this Sunday, they’ll be a new option to enjoy after rolling out of bed with the Sunday brunch at iNG that coincides with their newly launched Craft Beer Experience tasting menu.

It’s a chance to hop off the usual tasting menu and try some a la carte iNG, with dishes like a maple and stout breakfast sausage with red wine braised cabbage, caramelized onions and beer sourdough pancake noodles, an orange and Oberon beer French toast with beer butter cream and candied orange and biscuits with either chorizo and braised pig face or smoked pimenton gravy with braised greens. There will also be a cocktail menu specifically for the brunch that includes a BleediNG Mary that contains chorizo infused vodka as well as other elevated takes on brunch cocktail favorites. If committing to a tasting menu, a daunting task for many diners, has kept you away from checking out iNG, this is your perfect chance to check out the flavors and pairings Chef Tim Havidic creates.

Sunday Brunch at iNG starts March 9 and is served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. iNG is located at 951 W. Fulton St. If brunch isn’t your thing, you can check out the current Craft Beer Experience menu Wednesday through Saturday with an options for a three, six and ten course tasting menu.
