New York's Dinosaur Bar-B-Que To Come Roaring Through Chicago

Eater Chicago reports that "raucous biker barbeque mini-chain" Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is coming to Chicago, having signed a lease for a nearly 13,000-square foot space on Weed Street. The Chicago location will be Dinosaur's first in the Midwest, and ninth overall. (Dinosaur is mostly based in the East Coast.) While ads seeking employees for the location have gone up, a Dinosaur rep told Eater that the location itself won't open until spring of next year.
Which leaves plenty of time to peruse the best of what Chicago has to offer, barbecue wise, then wait and see how Dinosaur measures up.
