  • Former Chicago cop Steve Mandell is trying again to get police and prosecutors to investigate George Michael, the man who helped put Mandell behind bars. After being temporarily released from solitary confinement last year, Mandell within days allegedly tried to recruit the Latin Kings street gang to assassinate Michael.
