Cemitas Puebla in Humboldt Park is a rightfully well-known for their delicious Puebla-style sandwiches and tacos, but if you work in the Loop, it might be hard to get out there for lunch. Luckily, they are bringing their sandwiches and tacos árabes to The Salsa Truck's Garage (116 N Aberdeen St.) in the West Loop today.

They'll have their classic cemitas sandwiches full of adobo chipotle peppers, avocado, meat, homemade Oaxacan-style cheese and papalo greens. They'll also feature a special sandwich made by the Salsa Truck team on Cemita's special toasted sesame bun. Their tacos árabes are a fusion of Middle Eastern and Mexican with a pita-like flour tortilla rolled around fresh cut onion and crispy roasted pork and served with a selection of fresh-made salsas.

This isn't your only chance though—Cemitas Puebla is opening up a West Loop location this year.

The Salsa Truck's Garage is located at 116 N Aberdeen St. Hours are 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., 11:00 am - 2:30 p.m., 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
