Last Minute Plans: Double Feature Is A Night Of Stand Up And Short Films

By Staff in Arts & Entertainment on Jun 25, 2014 9:00PM

2014_06_double_feature.jpeg The unique stand up/short film series, Double Feature, is tonight with a stellar lineup Mr. T. would never pity, literally. The daughter of Mr. T. is stand up comic Erica Clark and she’ll be performing alongside several other comedy masterminds. In between stand up sets, the show will screen comedy shorts from sketch groups including Kill All Comedy, WOMEN, and The Nix Brothers.

Double Feature is part of The Lincoln Lodge organization, a Chicago comedy staple that operated out of the Lincoln Restaurant’s side room until the diner closed down at the end of 2013. The Lincoln Lodge and Double Feature both now set up shop at The Subterranean, which is where you can check out the show tonight at 8 p.m. Tonight's show is free! Tickets are $10 but come with the chance for giveaways.
