Fourth of July BBQs are not always the most vegetarian-friendly celebrations, but Green Zebra (1460 W. Chicago Ave.) aims to change that with a special menu of all-vegetarian BBQ highlighting fresh seasonal produce. Dishes include hushpuppies made with aged cheddar served with sweet corn salsa, roasted shiitake mushrooms, lime aioli and Calabrian peppers. Many of the dishes can be served vegan on request.

Check out the menu here. It's $38 per person with wine pairings for $18 and beer pairings for $14. The menu will be available for dinner from July 1 to July 7 and reservations are highly recommended.
