Do This: Rooftop Farm Movie And Mingle Night

Join Advocates For Urban Agriculture on Weiss Memorial Hospital Rooftop Farm (4646 N. Marine Dr.) on Thursday, July 24 from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. for their Rooftop Farm Movie And Mingle Night. The film is Tierralismo, which explores agriculture on an organic cooperative in Cuba. Attendees can also enjoy Lagunitas and Sierra Nevada beer, organic snacks and tours of the rooftop farm while meeting other urban agriculture enthusiasts.
Admission is $7 and all ages are welcome. The entrance to the farm, which is on top of the parking garage, is at Leland and Clarendon. The rain date is July 31.
