Weekend Playlist: Summer Lovin'

The three months that make up our season of summer have a very captivating feel about them. All throughout our school-age years, summer is much more than just a buffer between the school years. It stretched out before us, this enchanting expanse of freedom. As we grow up, that freedom doesn't ever entirely go away. Even those of us who are working full-time, year-round jobs can't help but get a little swept up.

With summer holding this sway over us, it's no wonder that this season is an especially fun time to be in love. Whether you're falling in love or already there, whether it's for the first time or the thousandth, the raised temperatures do something to our hearts and our hormones. Spending more time outside presents plenty of chances to meet new people, and the warm weather and encourages us to try new things and to be adventurous.
