Check Out This LEGO Ferris Bueller 'You Killed The Car' Scene

Here's a ray of sunshine on a rainy Wednesday. A group of Swedish LEGO aficionados called Swebrick recently held a design contest called "AFOL vs. AFOL." ("AFOL" stands for "Adult Fans of LEGO.")

Each year's competition is based on a theme and this year's was to recreate any movie or television show featuring a vehicle. One user meticulously recreated the scene in Ferris Bueller's Day Off where Cameron Frye deals with a lifetime of resentment at his father (and probably egged on by Ferris' shenanigans) kicks at the jack holding up his father's Ferrari in a misguided attempt to reverse the odometer reading, until the jack gives way and ... well, you know the rest.

Builder Etzel87 was painstakingly detailed in his recreation, including using 1x1 LEGO bits to mimic the breaking glass as the Ferrari crashes through the window and into the woods.
