The start of this work week is also the halfway point of the month, and our nice run of chilly, rainy weather continues today with highs near 60 degrees and rain throughout the day. Trying to decide between a windbreaker or rain gear? Let the winds decide. Currently blowing out of the southwest, they're expected to shift to the northwest by lunchtime and blow between 10 and 20 mph. So opt for something light and water-resistant.

The clouds will break overnight, leaving a clear path for the sun to shine down on us Tuesday, although the highs are expected to stay in the 60s. By the end of the week, however, we'll see highs reaching 80 degrees. Summer isn't over yet.
