Some flights are starting to arrive and depart from Chicago "at a reduced rate" after a fire set on purpose at an FAA radar center in Aurora this morning grounded over a thousand planes. The FAA stated at 10:30 a.m. that "flights that were already in the air destined to the Chicago area were allowed to continue at a reduced rate or proceed to an alternate destination." [Tribune]
