Food Pr0n: Moto Brings Together Top Chefs For James Beard Foundation’s Scholarship Program

Last Monday Moto hosted some of the nation's top chefs for a dinner to raise funds for The James Beard Foundation’s scholarship program for advancing women in the culinary industry. Chefs included Debbie Gold from Kansas City, Rohini Dey of Vermilion, Iliana Regan of Elizabeth Restaurant, Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate, Anistar Meffert of Crop Bistro and Bar in Cleveland, and Stephanie Izard of Girl And The Goat. Master Sommelier Alpana Singh of The Boarding House provided pairings for the dinner.
"It’s a true honor and privilege to join forces with this group of talented ladies for a magical night that supports a culinary scholarship to advance women,” stated Moto pastry chef Claire Crenshaw, who hosted the event.
