  • FAA Administrator Michael Huerta stated Monday morning that he has asked for a review during the next 30 days of contingency plans for all major FAA facilities as well as a review of the security protocols after a fire set Friday at an FAA facility in Aurora crippled travel across the Midwest with ripple effects felt across the nation. The contract worker who allegedly set the fire, Brian Howard, will appear in court Monday afternoon according to the U.S. Attorney's office. [Sun-Times]
