Today's Weather: A Fall Classic

Take a honeycrisp apple with you to work, cut it into neat, cored slices and enjoy it in a pocket park today, because we have an ideal weather forecast in store for us. Both Skilling Central and Accuweather have the mercury climbing as we dive into the work day, with highs ranging from the mid-60s near the lake to the lower 70s inland. Most of the dreary gray has passed, allowing for a mix of sunshine, blue skies and billowy clouds.
The clouds are due to return this evening and overnight and we're expected to have some showers by morning, lasting through the afternoon.
