  • A Minnesota woman has been charged with the theft of an ambulance she stole from Arlington Heights hospital early Friday morning. After stealing the ambulance, she drove it 145 miles to Rantoul. Rantoul police responded when they were notified the ambulance was using its siren and running vehicles off the road. “I have no idea why she did it,'' stated Arlington Heights Deputy Fire Chief Pete Ahlman.
