The gray and rain that have informed the past few days continue unabated today, only coupled with noticeably cooler temperatures. Wet + chilly = no bueno!

The official temperature reading from O'Hare Airport, via Skilling Central, is 53 degrees as of post time, not far from the forecast high of 58. (Accuweather has us pegged for 57 degrees.) Much of today's precipitation will be in the form of annoying drizzle, with some spots of harder rain.

As we head into the evening rush, the rain will slowly dissipate but the clouds will remain overnight with lows in the low 50s. What a hump day.
