Bestselling authors Veronica Roth and Garth Nix join Tribune columnist Jennifer Weigel in conversation at the Athenaeum Theatre 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20. The conversation is part of the Tribune’s Printers Row series.

Roth will also be releasing the Divergent Collector’s Edition Oct. 21, which includes an additional 72 pages of bonus material. Folks attending Monday’s event who buy their tickets in advance will have exclusive access to the book before it is officially released.

Garth Nix is an Australian author who’s bestselling series Old Kingdom has gained worldwide success since its original publication. Nix recently published a prequel to his famed series entitled Clariel: The Last Abhorsen.

Roth and Nix will discuss their latest work, as well as their experiences writing for a young adult audience with Weigel. Following the discussion, the authors will be available to sign books.
