  • Chicago Public Schools confirmed it has found a buyer for the building that housed their headquarters on Clark St. The buyer, Blue Star Properties, plan to keep offices and retail space in the building. The $28 million deal is expected to be approved by the Board of Education on Wednesday. [Sun-Times]
  • A 57-year-old man is in critical condition after being found beaten in a McCormick Place parking lot before the Chicago Bears game this past Sunday. [RedEye Chicago]
