Planning a move but haven't nailed down a place yet? You should probably download RadPad. It's an app that's focused on helping you find the absolute best place to live without having to wade through the crap that usually comes with looking for a new apartment.

Each listing is verified, includes at least three photos, and lists exactly how long it'll take you to drive, bike, bus, walk, or ride the subway to a destination of your choice. Once you've found a place you like, you can message in real time with the landlord or broker who listed the ad, so there's no more going back and forth between your search map and your mail app. Smartphone multitasking is great, but it ain't that great.

Once you sign the lease, don't delete the app. With its newest update, you're now able to pay rent with RadPad. Link up your credit or debit card, set recurring monthly payments, and that's that. No more monthly searches through laundry for your lost checkbook, no more waiting on a slow landlord to cash a check, and perhaps the best part—your landlord doesn't even have to use RadPad. You send the money, they get the money, done and done.

Sound like a deal? Download RadPad for iPhone or check out the web version to get started.
