The Bulls have displayed some serious depth in the early weeks of the regular season but they only used a seven player rotation with both Derrick Rose and Pau Gasol out with injuries Tuesday night at the Staples Center.

Lucky for coach Tom Thibodeau, six of those Bulls scored double figures. Jimmy Butler scored 22 points, Taj Gibson scored 20, Mike Dunleavy added 19 and Joakim Noah had 11 points and 16 rebounds as the Bulls erased a 14-point second quarter deficit before the half and never looked back. Rose sat out his sixth game of the season nursing ankle and hamstring injuries, Gasol was benched with a strained calf and Thibodeau only brought Nikola Mirotic (12 points) and Aaron Brooks off the bench.

After the Bulls gained the lead they led by as many as 19 points and withstood a late run by the Clippers as they kicked off their annual "circus trip" with a win and remained unbeaten on the road.
