Dive Down A Chain Of Fractals With Axis: Sova

Fridays are all about diving through the murk as we chase the sunshine that Saturday promises. Chicago's Axis: Sova, known to his parent, friends and enemies as Brett Sova, captures that feeling perfectly on "Fractal Ancestry." Taken from his new album, though you'll have to wait for that until February 2015 (start those best of lists now!), it's a nice showcase of his guitar work chasing its own tail and then instead of ending up in oblivion, exploding into dark transcendence.
