See How The Snow Plows Worked During Last Week's Blizzard

Last week's blizzard provided us with plenty of beautiful photos and headaches as people across Chicago struggled to stay ahead of the fast-moving snowstorm and dig out from the aftermath. This may be one of the cooler things to come out of the Super Bowl Blizzard.

ClearStreets, the open data app that makes better use of the city's Plow Tracker technology, tracked all the snow plows in the city's fleet from the first flake of snow falling on Feb. 1 until the snow finally ended late Feb. 2. Using a service called CartoDb, the ClearStreets folks were able to create an animated map showing where the plows were throughout the blizzard.

Peep, peeps.

You can view the full map here. This almost makes us wish for another blizzard so we can see how the plows do their collective thing again.
