Chicago Nightlife Awards Return This June

The award show honoring the brave Chicagoans who make your drunken weekend escapades possible is set to return this summer.

The 2nd annual Chicago Nightlife Awards (CNAs) presented by Dialed Productions and DO312 hits Concord Music Hall on June 2 and all of Chicago is invited. Walk the red carpet with over 700 of the Windy City’s best bartenders, bloggers, burlesque dancers and more. A wide range of categories assures that any and everyone who had a hand in making a few of those unforgettable nights has the chance to get their nod. You may even find a few of our favorites picking up prizes.

The show will be hosted by Chicago’s own mustached crusader Jeremy Scheuch and a surprise guest to be announced on April 2. (Editor's Note: we just found out the surprise guest was announced surprisingly early. The co-host will be Jesse Camp, the original first MTV VJ. Blast from the past!) A panel of 25 to 30 judges appointed by CNA will account for 50% of the vote in each category, while a public vote decides the other 50%. The first round of voting begins April 2.

The Chicago Nightlife Awards will be hosted at 9 p.m. Tuesday June 2, at Concord Music Hall, 2047 N. Milwaukee Ave. $10, 21+
