Extra Extra: Flooding Shuts Down Eastbound Jane Byrne Interchange

  • The heavy rains the past two days are causing a lot of headaches, including for commuters on one local roadway. The eastbound lanes of the Jane Byrne Interchange and the ramp to the southbound Dan Ryan are closed due to flooding, according to IDOT. Cars are being rerouted northward onto the Kennedy, and drivers should expect delays.
