We tasted some of Homestead On The Roof's (1924 W Chicago Ave.) new early summer offerings at a media dinner this month. The new summer menu features fizzy light cocktails like the Violet You're Turning Violet, made with blueberry Veev, cava and lemon, as well as summer snacks like gougeres with lemon caper whipped goat cheese and chow chow relish.
